Volunteers and donations are needed.Provisions include: USDA Commodities Baby Program: Diapers, food, and formula. Birthday Kits: for children 12 years and under to celebrate a child's birthday.   • Eligibility: Families or individuals living in El Dorado Hills, Folsom, and Granite Bay. Clients under 60 can receive food once a month, 60+ twice a month.
  • Requirements: On your first visit, you will need to provide an ID for yourself and all people living in your household. Members can be added to your account with a valid ID, such as a driver's license, birth certificate, medical card, school ID, or other picture ID. ID's, proof of address, and location requirements do not apply to receive USDA/TEFAP food.The person picking up household food must provide their ID at every visit.Proof of Address is required at your first visit, and once per year following. A proof of address is a document with your name, address, and date within the last 60 days. This is typically a piece of mail or utility bill. Access to documents on a smartphone is acceptable.Note: IDs, proof of address, and location requirements do not apply to receive USDA/TEFAP food. This is an equal-opportunity institution.
