Description: Offers shelter, food, clothing, mailroom services, showers, haircuts, and counseling services for men. Chapel service attendance is mandatory to receive services.Shelter: Open to homeless men. Sign-ups for beds are on a first-come, first-served basis. Maximum stay is seven days with three days out before returning.Clothing and Showers: Open to all homeless men, even those not staying at the shelter. Toiletries and towels are provided. Clothing closet offers pants, shirts, undergarments, jackets, hats, beanies, socks, belts, and gloves.Mailroom Services: Allows homeless men to receive their mail at the Mission. Packages are not accepted.Blankets, tarps, and sleeping bags are provided when available. Also provides bicycles to those in need.
Hours: Shelter Check-In: Seven days a week, 5:30 pm - must attend Chapel at 7:30 pm;Clothing Closet and Showers: Monday through Thursday, 9 am - 11 am, 1 pm - 2:45 pm, Fridays, Saturdays, 9 am - 11 am;Mailroom Services: Monday through Thursday, 9 am - 11 am, 1 pm - 2:45 pm; Fridays, 9 am - 11 am;Haircuts: Every other Monday, 1 pm - 2:45 pm;Office Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8 am - 4 pm; Fridays, 8 am - noon
Eligibility: Homeless adult men.
Requirements: - Shelter: Valid photo ID and a current TB card from the County Chest Clinic or Mercy Clinic at Loaves & Fishes. - Mailroom Services: Valid photo ID.
Accessibility: Potential limitations to access - call for details. Access available to disabled for chapel, meals, food boxes, and clothing closet. Must be able to walk up the stairs to sleep in bunk beds. Men's shower is wheelchair accessible.
