Description: Performs Confidential Mediation and Child Custody Recommending Counseling (CCRC) for parties who have an established Family Law case in Sacramento County. Also provides assessments for under-age marriage and domestic partnership permissions, and emancipation evaluations.Parenting Plan services available: Do It Yourself Parenting Plan by Agreement: formalize parenting plan without assistance or court hearing. Confidential Mediation Without a Court Hearing: meet with a Mediator who will assist with establishing a parenting plan. Child Custody Recommending Counseling (CCRC): meet with a Mediator who will assist with establishing a parenting plan and have a court hearing. Private Mediation: Private Child Custody Recommending Counseling conducted by Recommending Counselors who are not connected to the court. There is a fee for Private CCRC, which is paid directly to the Recommending Counselor.Additional services available: Children's Waiting Room Underage Marriage or Domestic Partnership Permission Unmarried Parents (Uniform Parentage Act Case)Click here to find scheduled mediation appointments by date.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 4 pm (excluding court holidays)
Eligibility: Parties who have an established Family Law case in Sacramento County.For Children's Waiting Room:- Children from ages 1 year to 12 years. - Children 3 years or older must be toilet trained.- Space is limited for children under 2-1/2 years and not toilet trained. It is recommended that other childcare arrangements be made.

Accessible parking located in the City lot is NOT exempt from payment of parking fees. The passenger drop-off zone is located on the east side of the building in the area designated with the white stripes.
