Requirements: What to bring with a VA health care application:- Copies of the DD214 or other discharge documents;- Copies of any VA disability award letters held;- Income information from the previous calendar year, if client has a 0% VA disability rating or if they are a non-service-connected Veteran;- Copies of current ID cards for any other types of health coverage that may be had (like Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, or private health insurance).
