Unmarried parents seeking to sign a declaration of parentage for their child(ren) via the Parentage Opportunity Program can contact the Sacramento County Department of Child Support Services. Parents do not need to open a child support case to sign a declaration of parentage. Child support agency court hearings are heard at this location and are conducted in Department 132.
