Services include: CPS Approved Parenting workshops Infant Safe Sleep workshops Support groups Crisis intervention Craft and story time workshops Family events Socialization & recreational activities DiapersBirth & Beyond In-Home Visitation - Free and voluntary family support, home visitation services. The program focuses on the primary caregiver and children, but also encompasses the needs of the whole family. Birth & Beyond Empowered Families Resource Center offers free family events and activities for families with children 0 - 17.Empowered Families Home Visitation - Helps by providing in-home parenting workshops which help improve bonding, parent-child relationships, and child behavior. Connects families with community resources, health education, and information.

Eligibility: Family Resource Center (FRC): Families with children from birth - to age 17 living in Sacramento County.Birth & Beyond Home Visitation: At-Risk families that are pregnant or have children and are living within specified zip codes.Empowered Families Home Visitation: Families who are pregnant and or parents to children 0 - 12 years old.
