Description: Offers confidential help for Veterans, service members, and their families at no cost in a non-medical setting. Services include counseling for needs such as depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and the psychological effects of military sexual trauma (MST).Counseling Services Include: Couples and family counseling Grief and bereavement counseling Mental health care Military sexual trauma care Minority Veteran care PTSD care Whole health Returning service member care - transition counseling In-house Groups Guitar 4 Vets, Tai-Chi, Empathetic Touch, Bowling, Pickle Ball, Bocce Ball, YogaReferral services for suicide prevention, and VA and community resources.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8 am - 4:30 pmVet Center Call Center: Seven days a week, 24-hours
Eligibility: Veterans, active duty service members, including National Guard and Reserve components, and their families.
Requirements: One or more of the following:Discharge documents (such as a DD214)Receipt of certain awardsDeployment ordersOther documents that show qualifying military serviceYou can request your military service records online.If you don't have these documents on hand, go in and they can work with you to establish your eligibility and also answer any questions you might have.
