CalFresh clients can also access real-time account information, card locking, out-of-state transaction blocking, and suspicious transaction monitoring through the Propel app.List of California EBT Surcharge-Free ATMs.Address Change Reporting Procedure: As of April 1, 2023, when a CalFresh customer reports an address change to the county, the county will encourage them to submit updated shelter costs. If updated shelter costs are reported, the county will act upon the new information. If costs are not reported, no changes will be made and the county will follow up at the next SAR or recertification, whichever comes first.

  • Requirements: Proof of ID such as a birth certificate, driver's license or paycheck, Social Security numbers, proof of immigration status, proof of residence, pay stubs or tax returns, other income information, resource information such as bank statements & mortgage statements, Housing and utility bills, and child care receipts.
