Description: This program does not provide emergency or temporary shelter. The waitlist for housing can be 6 to 8 months.Offers low-income or homeless women a safe, comfortable place to live. The housing facility can house up to 32 low-income, single women. Each room is furnished with a twin bed and dresser. All rooms have a closet, sink, and ceiling fan with their own heat/air conditioner. There are both communal and private baths and a communal kitchen. A shared living room is a place to watch TV, play cards, and chat.Utilities (water, garbage, gas, and electricity) are included in the rent. Residents may have a phone and cable TV in their room at their own expense.Access the Rental Application Here.

Eligibility: Low-income, or homeless, single women with an income under $20,000 a year.
Requirements: If clients are under 55 years of age, they will need to provide a Homeless Certificate in order to become eligible. Credit Check, Income Verification, Two Pieces of identification, and References are required.
