The center allows central monitoring of enrollment and intra-district/inter-district transfers. Families can enroll students, submit transfer and open enrollment applications, have questions answered, and benefit from the on-site immunization clinic. Hours: In-Person Information/Support: Monday through Thursday, 8 am - 11:30 am, noon - 3:30 pm; Fridays, 8 am - 11 am;Online Registration: Seven days a week, 24-hours
Eligibility: Families with children who are enrolled, or are interested in being enrolled, in Sacramento City Unified School District.
Requirements: The following documents are required along with a completed registration form in order to enroll a child in Sacramento City Unified School District:1. Photo Identification: State Issued ID or other photo identification.2. Address Verification (the name on the ID must match the name on the bill issued within 30 days):a. Utility service contract, statement, or payment receipts b. Property tax payment receiptsc. Rental property contract, lease with payment receiptsd. Voter registratione. Correspondence from a government agencyf. Pay stubsIf an individual does not have the ability to provide proof of address:a. If living in a Primary/Permanent Residence, individuals must submit a completed and signed Address Affidavit with the required documentation.b. If an individual is unhoused/homeless, they must submit a completed and signed Housing Survey.3. Proof of Birth: Local registrar or county issued birth certificate, duly attested baptism certificate, or passport. If an individual does not have the ability to provide proof of birth, the parent/guardian may provide any other appropriate means of proving the age of the child.4. Immunization Record: current for each child. T-Dap Booster shot is required for grades 7th-12th. Both name and date of birth must be on the immunization record.5. Current Withdrawal Grades and Transcripts: required for grades 9th-12th.6. Individualized Education Plan (IEP): documentation for receiving Special Education Services, if applicable.7. Guardianship/Custody Documents: if applicable.
