• Description: Maintains family law files that are housed at the William R. Ridgeway Family Relations Courthouse. Staff at Family Law Records will assist customers in ordering older files that are maintained at the Court's Records Retention Center. • Eligibility: Open. Certain documents within a court record may be confidential, i.e. mediation reports, drug test results, psychological evaluations, etc. These documents may only be viewed and copied by the parties or their attorneys of record.

Acceptable forms of valid state or federally-issued photo identification that are unexpired:- Driver license- Passport- US Resident's Card (green card)- State-issued ID- Military ID- Voter's IDIf the case number is unknown, individuals may create an online account and pay a fee to look it up using the court's public case access system, or they may go to the courthouse in person to use the public kiosk located in room 102 at no charge. There is no need for a service ticket to use the kiosk.

Accessible parking located in the City lot is NOT exempt from payment of parking fees. The passenger drop-off zone is located on the east side of the building in the area designated with the white stripes.
