Description: Services include: Mobile Food Pantry program - Delivers food and clothing once a month to migrant and seasonal farmworkers and their families in the rural Franklin area, south of Elk Grove. Clothes Closet Program - Provides clothes to families and individuals. Support Works Program - Promotes the well-being and economic empowerment of men and women through building job skills, personal skills and peer support to overcome their current challenges and become self-reliant. CalFresh - Outreach staff can assist with the application process and submit it to the county.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 10 am - 3 pm, Saturdays, 9 am - Noon;Fourth Wednesday of the month, Noon - 3 pm;Special Hours for Senior and Disabled Clients on Fridays, 9 am - 10 am;Closed on Sundays and all major holidays
Eligibility: Residents of 95624, 95757, 95758 (Elk Grove), 95683 (Sloughhouse and Rancho Murieta), 95693 (Wilton), 95828, and 95829 (South Sacramento) and homeless individuals.
Requirements: Photo ID for adults, if possible, and names and birthdates of all those living in the household. Proof of residency: current PG&E or SMUD bill.
