Description: Program gives developmentally disabled adults the chance to increase their independent living skills and reduce their feelings of isolation.Program participants work on daily living skills, verbal and non-verbal communication, person centered planning and becoming valued members of their community. Transportation to and from program may be available for participants.
Eligibility: Adults with significant cognitive disabilities due to conditions including autism, epilepsy, intellectual disability, Down syndrome, or cerebral palsy. In addition, individuals that require support with physical challenges can also benefit.
Requirements: Doctor's diagnosis of a developmental disability.
