Hours: Administration: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
Eligibility: The District's boundaries include the cities of Folsom and Rancho Cordova.
Requirements: Enrollment forms for the specific school are required. When returning the Enrollment form, include the following:1) Current address verificationProof of residency: as defined in Ed Code 48204.1: (only one is required)- Property tax payment receipts- Current rental property contract, lease, or payment receipts- Current utility service contract, statement, or payment receipts- Current pay stubs- Voter registration- Current correspondence from a government agency- Declaration of residency executed by the parent or legal guardian of a pupil2) Proof of birthProof of Birth: as defined in Ed Code 48002 (only one of the below is required)- Certified copy of birth record or statement by the local register or county recorder certifying the birth date- Baptism certificate duly attested- Passport- An affidavit of the parent, guardian, or custodian of the minor - Or, any other means of providing the age of the child as proscribed by the governing board of the school district3) Immunization records
