Visit the Household Hazardous Waste page for information on proper disposal, and programs where the city will come pick up batteries, oil, and fluorescent bulbs at your door. Residents may schedule two appointments per year for appliance and e-waste collection, in addition to the two appointments for household junk pickup. The appliance and e-waste program operates year-round.Appointment Based Neighborhood Clean Up / Household Junk Pickup AppointmentAll residential customers will receive two free appointments per year for the free pickup of acceptable bulky items including yard waste. Free Household Junk Pickup occurs from February through October. In addition to the two Household Junk appointments, all residential customers can schedule two (2) appointments for appliance and e-waste collection in a calendar year.
