  • Eligibility: A child may qualify if he/she meets all of the following criteria:- Child is under 21 years old.?- Child has a physical disability or medical condition that is covered by CCS. CCS covers medical conditions that are physically disabling or require medical, surgical, or rehabilitative services.- Child lives with a parent or guardian within Sacramento County.??- Child has Medi-Cal, Optional Targeted Low Income Children's Program (OTLICP), the family's gross income is less than $40,000 a year, or out-of-pocket medical expenses are expected to be more than 20% of the family's gross income.
