Hours: Monday through Thursday 8 am - 4 pm; Friday 8 am - 11:30 am
Eligibility: All of the following must be true:- Applicant pays the City of Sacramento for water, sewer, 2022 storm drainage and/or garbage services.- Applicant lives at the property that receives these services, and the City of Sacramento utility bill is in the applicant's name.- Applicant's household meets the income-eligibility requirements OR the applicant participates in SMUD's Energy Assistance Program Rate.Income Eligibility Requirements:1-2 persons in household: $3,287 monthly income/$39,440 annual income3 persons in household: $4,143 monthly income/$49,720 annual income4 persons in household: $5,000 monthly income/$60,000 annual income5 persons in household: $5,857 monthly income/$70,280 annual income6 persons in household: $6,713 monthly income/$80,560 annual income7 persons in household: $7,570 monthly income/$90,840 annual income8 persons in household: $8,427 monthly income/$101,120 annual incomeEach Additional Member: $857 monthly income/$10,280 annual income
Requirements: Completed application. Copy of SMUD bill showing participation in the Energy Assistance Program Rate OR Proof of Income (do not provide originals).
