• Eligibility: Weatherization (energy efficiency upgrades) services in Sacramento, Sutter, and Yuba counties are still available, but due to limited funding, only applicants with vulnerable household members (elderly, disabled, young children) and non-operational water heaters or HVAC systems will be eligible.
