• Description: Provides free, nutritious food to low-income seniors living in Sacramento County. Participants will receive a box of groceries each month.Groceries will be around 30 pounds of pre-packed foods including: Milk Cereal Grains Cheese Juice Canned meat Peanut butter Canned vegetables Canned fruitSeniors can access food at various public distribution locations (view schedule). Or they can designate a person to pick up food for them by filling out the Proxy Authorization Form.
