Description: Provides non-medical care for individuals who need support in their homes. Services are available for short-term or long-term work and may work 2 to 24 hours each day.Services include:Activities of Daily Living. Bathing and dressing assistance. Toileting, continence care, and personal hygiene. Mobility, walker, and wheelchair assistance. Transferring in/out of bed and/or chair. Feeding AssistanceCompanionship and Safety Monitoring. Accompany to appointments and social engagements. Driving and/or arranging transportation. Wellness and safety monitoring. Meal preparation. Diet and nutritionHelp In and Around the Home. Grocery shopping. Running errands. Laundry. Light housekeepingTransitional Care - From hospital discharge through home recovery. Caring assistance to speed recovery and avoid re-admission. Transportation to health care provider visits. Medication reminders. Pick up prescriptions and run errands. And all the other home care services needed to support recoveryPublic Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) During a PSPS event, services will operate normally.
Hours: In-Home Care Services: Seven days a week, 24-hours;After-Hours On-Call: Seven days a week, 24-hours;Office Hours: Monday through Friday 9 am - 5 pm
