A Pre-Trial Support Project (PTSP) team member will interview, gather information to identify needs, link individuals to a social worker, develop coordinated discharge plans, advocate for services, and provide case management to individuals upon discharge. A PTSP team member will reach out to a person in custody to provide support services at the request of a friend or loved one.
