Description: Provides free, nutritious food to low-income seniors living in Sacramento County. Participants will receive a box of groceries each month. Groceries will be around 30 pounds of pre-packed foods including: Milk Cereal Grains Cheese Juice Canned meat Peanut butter Canned vegetables Canned fruitSeniors can access food at various public distribution locations.Current program participants who would like to designate someone to pick up food on their behalf must fill out the Alternate Pick-Up Form. Individuals who would like to enroll a senior (who is unable to physically attend a distribution) into the program must fill out these forms.

Requirements: - Proof of identity and age (such as a Driver's License, ID card, passport, medical card, etc.)- Address verification (such as car registration or any bill with name and current address) if current address is not listed on the proof of identity document
