Description: Provides free breast and cervical cancer screening and diagnostic services to underserved populations. A list of local service providers is given to eligible individuals.
Eligibility: Eligibility for breast cancer screening:-Age 40 or over -Income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level-Medical insurance does not cover these services-High insurance deductible or co-payment-Medi-Cal or another government insurance program are not providing these services-Live in California and able to receive mail-Citizenship status is not a factorEligibility for cervical cancer screening:-Age 21 or over-Income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level-Medical insurance does not cover these services-High insurance deductible or co-payment-Medi-Cal or another government insurance program are not providing these services-Live in California and able to receive mail-Citizenship status is not a factorIncome Limits (guidelines effective as of January 17, 2024):-1 person in family/household: $30,120-2 person in family/household: $40,880-3 person in family/household: $51,640-4 person in family/household: $62,400-5 person in family/household: $73,160-6 person in family/household: $83,920-7 person in family/household: $94,680-8 person in family/household: $105,440For families/households with more than 8 persons, add $10,760 for each additional person.
