Eligibility: Low-income residents of Folsom. Income eligibility is based on 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines (effective as of January 2025). To qualify for the Utility Assistance Program, the utility service bill must be in your name, or you must be an authorized person on the account. You must reside at the property that receives services. This program is only available for single-family residences.Income-Based Eligibility Guidelines:Household size of 1: monthly income of $2,608; annual income of $31,300Household size of 2: monthly income of $3,525; annual income of $42,300Household size of 3: monthly income of $4,442; annual income of $53,300Household size of 4: monthly income of $5,358; annual income of $64,300Household size of 5: monthly income of $6,275; annual income of $75,300Household size of 6: monthly income of $7,192; annual income of $86,300Household size of 7: monthly income of $8,108; annual income of $97,300Household size of 8: monthly income of $9,025; annual income of $108,300Add $917 for each additional person in the household.
