Description: This is a public counter that helps customers with various City agency matters. These can include planning, engineering, building, and transportation issues. Staff can assist with permits and applications. To apply for minor permits online, get information and help at the online services center. You can also submit a Building Electronic Plan Check (EPC) and schedule remote inspections. Forms can be downloaded there too. If you have general questions, email ezpermit@cityofsacramento.org. If you need help with submitting electronically, email pcintake@cityofsacramento.org.They also have limited in-person appointments for building permit applications.
