Description: Offers Permanent Supportive Housing for families and their children as well as transitional-aged youth (TAY) who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.The housing structure has 91 units designated for families with at least one child, 17 ADA-compliant units, 15 units designated for TAY, and 10 apartments operating as interim housing.Onsite Case Management, Life Skills workshops, and Adult Education are also offered to residents. Vista Nueva Permanent Supportive Housing is currently at capacity, and there is no waitlist available at this time.

Households with dependents:- Households with minor dependents are given priority- Pregnant household member is considered a family household (when they are the only household member). Any family who currently is experiencing one of the following:- Is at risk of becoming homeless- Is experiencing homelessness- Is fleeing from domestic violence, sexual violence, dating violence, and/or human trafficking. Household Gross Annual Income must be below 30% of Annual Median Income (AMI).Income-Based Eligibility Guidelines:Household size of 1: monthly income of $1,776; annual income of $21,300Household size of 2: monthly income of $2,028; annual income of $24,330Household size of 3: monthly income of $2,281; annual income of $27,360Household size of 4: monthly income of $2,533; annual income of $30,390Add $253 for each additional person in the household.
Requirements: SHRA Supportive Housing application and rental applications are required.
