  • Description: Transitional Housing Program: A two-year transitional living program for 18-24-year-olds focused on living in a community and developing independent living skills. Youths live together and work with a case manager to gain and maintain employment, further their education, or meet other self-determined goals. Youths pay 30 percent of their income to rent, reimbursed after program completion. Applications are available at the Wind Center.
