• Description: A supportive class catered towards individuals who have experienced the loss of a loved one.Participants will meet in a small group setting to express and understand feelings of grief, relief, guilt, sadness, and hope. The group facilitator will provide guidance on reconnecting with oneself, family, friends, and community and how to learn to live fully with grief.
