• Description: Transitional housing program for former foster youth (ages 18-21) who have opted to extend their foster care to age 21 and have agreed to receive additional services. Youth can pursue education and employment goals, learn to manage money, and gain important life skills. Case managers conduct weekly meetings. Youth are also given a monthly stipend to assist with everyday living needs (clothes, food, utility bills, etc.).
