• Description: Provides extended foster care for former foster youth (ages 18-21) who have opted to extend their foster care to age 21 and have agreed to receive additional services. Youths live in a subsidized apartment while pursuing both school and employment opportunities. Youth are also given a monthly stipend to assist with everyday living needs (clothes, food, utility bills, etc.).
