• Description: Rescues abandoned, abused, and homeless cats and dogs in the Sacramento area, and finds them safe, loving, permanent homes. Also rescues cats and dogs from other agencies that are slated for euthanasia. Happy Tails is a volunteer-run, no-kill, and cage-free shelter. All pets are spayed/neutered, tested for common illnesses, vaccinated, and micro-chipped before being placed in a new home.
