• Eligibility: To be eligible for NEW Program Services, an individual must:. Be a member of one of the 51 participating tribes (listed on website). Receiving TANF or low-income, unemployed, or underemployed. Reside in the CIMC NEW Program service area
• Requirements: To qualify for assistance applicant must provide: - Proof of Native American heritage. - Verification of household income for the prior six-month period (must be below the poverty level according to federal guidelines.) - Proof of residency in the service area.
