Description: Provides one-stop employment and training services to job-seekers in Sacramento County.Services offered:Workshops - Job preparation, including resume building, dressing for success, job search, and interview techniques.Job Search Assistance - Employer recruitment events, job announcements, and youth employment services.Technology Services - Access to fax machines, copiers, telephones, and computers to complete assessments, online applications, and typing tests. One-to-one computer assistance available.Job Coach Services - Clients receive in-depth one-on-one job assistance including developing an employment plan, career counseling, and pre-vocational and post-job services.On-the-Job Training - Participants enroll in a sponsored program to encourage employers to hire them after completion of the training program.
