- Eligibility: Youth (aged 16 - 24) who are currently not enrolled in school, and are motivated to work.Must also meet at least one of the following requirements:- Is low income- Is a previous offender- Is experiencing homelessness- Is a runaway- Is currently in Foster Care- Has a disability- Is pregnant or parenting- Has never worked or has had problems holding a job- Lives in a high-poverty area
