  • Description: Provides housing support services to domestic violence victims who are fleeing from their abuser. Offers case management to help clients obtain housing and long-term stability. Eligible clients may receive financial assistance such as a security deposit, first month's rent, moving expenses, gift cards, emergency food, emergency hotel stays, and relocation services. Eligible clients may also be added to the Survivor Coordinated Access System (S-CAS) for shelter/transitional housing. Does not provide motel vouchers. There are no shelters or safehouses at Sacramento Regional Family Justice Center; clients will be referred out.

  • Eligibility: Domestic violence victims in Sacramento County who are currently experiencing domestic violence, child abuse, or elder abuse. If someone has experienced one of these situations within the past six months and it is ongoing, the first step is to meet with a Domestic Violence Case Manager.
