Hours: Full-Service Drop-In Center Hours: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm; Tuesdays, 8:30 am - 2:30 pm; Rejuvenation Haven Respite Center: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm; Tuesdays, 8:30 am - 2:30 pm;Saturdays and Sundays, 8:30 am - 4:30 pmDrop-In Center Intake Services: Mondays, 9 am - 11 am; Thursdays, 2 pm - 4 pm;One Community Healthcare Clinic: Thursdays, 1 pm - 5 pm;
Eligibility: Homeless and runaway youth ages 18 - 24. Lockers and bike storage is available to youth during their stay visit at the drop-in center.
Requirements: A form of ID is highly encouraged during the intake process. If available, no cost ID replacement forms are provided. An ID must be shown by the next time the youth would like to access services. Copies are okay.
