• Eligibility: Rancho Cordova residents and their pets. Pet owners must have exhausted all other options and may have to face surrendering or euthanizing their pets due to a lack of resources. Funding is extremely limited, so priority will be given to urgent cases where intervention will lead to the best outcomes. Applications are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. No guarantee that your application will be approved.Receipts and/or bills will NOT be reimbursed. Approved applications are needed prior to any payment arrangements. This program is not intended for urgent use, rather it is for cases where time for planning is allowed.
