  • Description: Transitional living program for women who are experiencing homelessness and are recovering from a substance use disorder. Serves women who are pregnant, have a child under age one, or are in the process of reunifying with their child(ren). Provides services that are designed to help women achieve self-sufficiency.Services provided:Shared 3-bedroom units (each family gets 1 bedroom; larger families may receive 2 bedrooms)Personalized case managementOn-site employment specialistsLife skills classesChildren's services/childcareSober living environment and drug testing24-hour support staff servicesCoin-operated laundry facilitiesProgram is offered in collaboration with Sacramento County's Division of Behavioral Health - Substance Use Prevention and Treatment (SUPT) Services.

  • Eligibility: Women who are homeless and are recovering from a substance use disorder. Must meet all of the following criteria:1. Must be one of the following:- Pregnant.- Have an infant under the age of one. If there are other children in the household, they must be under the age of 12.- Be in the process of reunifying with their child(ren). Must have an infant under the age of one. If there are other children in the household, they must be under the age of 12.2. Must be CalFresh recipients and must be able to purchase and prepare their own food.3. Must have completed a Sacramento County drug treatment program within the last 12 months or be enrolled in drug treatment services.
  • Requirements: - Completed application form - ID and social security card - Verification of AOD treatment (ASI, ASAM, or letter from treatment facility) - Current TB test - Proof of CalFresh benefits - CalWorks verification, if applicable - Birth certificates and social security cards for all children in the household - Immunization records for all children in the household
