Description: Provides recovery and rehabilitation services for adults with severe and persistent mental illness including walk-in, non-emergency outpatient psychiatric services for medication and other urgent mental health needs.
Bilingual and culturally competent services include crisis intervention, mental health assessment, outpatient services, group therapy, medication management, short-term individual counseling, and psychiatric case management.
Services provided in Spanish for members of the community who are monolingual or have limited English proficiency.
Eligibility: Meet the following criteria:
1. adults 18 years and older
2. have a severe, chronic and persistent mental illness and be seeking medication management services
3. are Medi-Cal and/or Medicare insured or have no insurance. Must not be insured by a private insurance company.
