Program activities address issues regarding educational opportunities and practices, facilitating parent participation in addressing issues and helping them understand their rights and responsibilities, service on school advisory committees and monitoring of school district meetings and public hearings, and development of proposals for improving programs and services. Also offers mediation/arbitration for students and parents regarding resolution of problems with schools.
