Description: Provides a payment credit towards electric, gas, or propane utility bill. Credit is pay once a year to one utility company. Credit ranges from $403 to $755. Credit may take up to 8-12 weeks to appear on utility bill. Applicants are still responsible for paying utility bill while the credit is being processed.Emergency help may be available for households with 24-48-hour or shut off notices through the Energy Crisis Intervention Program.Program is provided through the San Joaquin County Department of Aging and Community Services.
