• Eligibility: TRACER Plus On-Demand: Open to allADA Tracer Paratransit must be ADA-certify, seniors 65 years of age or older, and/or Medicare and Veterans recipients. Individuals interested in ADA paratransit services must complete an in-person assessment (IPA) eligibility process. Access San Joaquin will inquire about initial information and ask a few questions to help identify the best program for you.
