• Description: Provides one-time financial assistance during a crisis. Those who have experienced an uncontrollable or unforeseen hardship may receive an energy credit up to $300. Credit amount based on the past due amount of the bill.Note: Past due bill must be under $500 to be able to get assistance.Intake provided by Salvation Army of Stockton. Funds administered by Dollar Energy. Energy credit support is subject to funding availability.
