Service is provided by trained student pharmacists from the University of the Pacific School of Pharmacy.Services include: Medicare Part D plan assistance - review plan if can lower prescription drug costs Comprehensive medication review - check if medications are taken properly (In-person only) Offers flu and pneumococcal vaccinations (In-person only) Blood pressure screening, diabetes testing, cholesterol testing, asthma screening, bone density screening, memory decline screening, and falls risk assessment.
