Households who have self-certified will receive an in-person visit from a PG&E representative before disconnection. Vulnerable Customer status remains on their PG&E account for 90 days. Extension is available up to one year.Disconnection for nonpayment will receive a notice within 48 hours before or at the time of disconnection.
