Eligibility: Open to all Homeowners or Commercial, Government, or Non-Profit Businesses with qualified equipment. Qualification for Generation Equipment only: Must use 100% renewable fuel to qualify-Qualified: Wind turbines; Onsite biogas or directed biogas or vented biogas; Pressure reductions turbines-Qualified if with 100% biogas: Fuel cells; Internal combustion engines; Microturbines; Gas turbines-Not Qualified: Solar; Flaring biogas otherwise known as use/collect/destroy biogas or use/collect/destroy biomethane baseline
