• Description: Provides access to HIV care and medication assistance program.Service includes: HIV Testing and Counseling - on and off-site testing and counseling available Primary Care Service - receive general medical services as well as HIV care monitoring and AIDS medical treatment. Dental Care - exams, cleaning, fillings, extractions, crowns, root canals, and other dental care under Early Intervention program (EIP). Nutritional Counseling - meet with a registered dietitian. Pharmacy Services Payment Assistance Ryan White HIV/AIDS Case Management - case management through Ryan White II program Social Services - provides case management, counseling and advocacy services.
