- Description: Provides suicide prevention services on various campuses within SJ county to assist students, school staff, parents, and the community in identifying and referring students who are at risk of self-harming and suicidal behaviors.The program is designed to spread mental health awareness and education through the Yellow Ribbon campaign, workshops, groups, and case management.Services include: Suicide Prevention, Awareness, and Ideation Depression Screening Anxiety Self-injurious Behaviors Group Therapy Referrals for Individual Therapy Suicide Prevention Training
