• Requirements: Proof of residency must be submitted with an application. Acceptable forms include, but are not limited to:*Energy bill (PG&E, SoCal Gas), public utility bill, or cable/internet bill.*Statement provided should be the most recent, within the past 30 - 45 days is preferred.*Must have the Applicant's Name and Address listed on the document.
