• Description: Provides one-time financial assistance during a crisis. Those who have experienced an uncontrollable or unforeseen hardship may receive an energy credit up to $300. Credit amount based on the past due amount of the bill.Note: Past due bill must under $500 to be able to get assistance.Intake provided by Community Partnership for Families of San Joaquin (CPSFJ). • Eligibility: Customer must meet all criteria: *Customer must have a residential account with PG&E in the name of an adult living in the household. *Customer must not have received REACH assistance within the past 12 months. *Received a 15-day or a 48-hour disconnection notice or have been disconnected. *Outstanding balance must be at least $100, no more than $2000; $50 for seniors 62 and older. *Customer must Customer income must not exceed the REACH income guidelines, which are currently 200% percent above the federal poverty guidelines.
