- Description: Prepares older foster youth for life beyond foster care. Provides developmental skills and resources for foster youths to become self-sufficient adults. Programs includes independent living skills assessments, job skill training, college and career tour, one-to-one case management, transtional housing program, and written transitional independent living plan for each participating foster youth.
